At Zawadi, every order is personalised and made to order, so our shipping process is built around getting your gift to you safely and on time. This policy explains how dispatch, delivery, charges, and tracking work. Zawadi is the gifting brand of Brixara (GSTIN: 33BDDPA5227L2ZT), based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Order processing & dispatch
Because each product is custom-made, processing begins only after you approve your free design proof:
- Design proof: After you order, we review your uploaded photo and details and share a digital proof on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours.
- Production & dispatch: Once you approve the proof, we print, quality-check, and dispatch your order within 2–4 business days.
- Bulk & corporate orders may need additional time depending on quantity; we'll confirm a timeline when you place the order.
Why we wait for your approval: Personalised gifts can't be reprinted cheaply, so we never start production until you've confirmed the proof. This protects you from errors and is why dispatch time is counted from your approval, not the order date.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders, delivered across India.
- The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise shipping fees added later.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery time after dispatch depends on your location:
- Metro & major cities: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities & towns: approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier reach.
You can check an estimated delivery date for your pincode directly on the product page. All timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details by WhatsApp and/or email so you can follow your shipment until it arrives. If you haven't received tracking within the expected window, message us and we'll check on it for you.
Delivery address & failed deliveries
- Please provide a complete, accurate address with a reachable phone number. We can't be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they may reattempt or hold the parcel as per their process. Repeated failed deliveries or refused parcels may result in the order being returned to us.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping may involve an additional charge.
Damaged or lost shipments
We pack every order carefully to survive transit. Still, if something goes wrong:
- Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement.
- Lost in transit: In the rare event a shipment is lost by the courier, we'll work with the courier to resolve it and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

At present, we ship within India only. If you'd like a gift delivered internationally, message us and we'll let you know whether it's possible for your destination.
