At Zawadi, every personalised gift is carefully checked, designed, previewed, approved, and then made for you with love.
Personalised gifts are made using the photo, name, message, or design details you provide on the product page. To help us create a beautiful final product, please follow this simple guide before placing your order.
Quick summary: Upload a clear photo, add your text/message, enter your WhatsApp number, place the order, and our team will check your image. If needed, we will ask for a better photo. Once the design preview is approved by you, we will make and deliver your gift.
How Personalization Works
Choose your product
Select the personalised gift you like, such as a mug, cushion, LED frame, keychain, bottle, caricature, night lamp, or photo frame.
Upload your image on the product page
Use the upload option given on the product page to add your photo. Please upload a clear, bright, and high-resolution image.
Add text or message
If the product allows custom text, enter the name, date, quote, or message exactly as you want it to appear on the gift.
Add your WhatsApp number
Please enter your active WhatsApp number in the given space on the product page. We may use it to confirm photo quality, design details, or preview approval.
Zawadi checks your image
Our team checks whether your uploaded image is suitable for printing or personalisation. If the image is blurry, dark, cropped, or low quality, we will ask you to share a better image.
You receive a design preview
Before making the final product, we will share a sample preview/mockup of how your personalised product may look.
You approve the design
Once you confirm that the preview is okay, we will start making your order. Please check names, spellings, dates, photos, and messages carefully before approval.
We make and deliver your gift
After approval, your personalised product is prepared, packed, and shipped to your delivery address.
Photo Upload Guidelines
For the best final result, please upload a photo that is suitable for printing. The better the photo, the better the personalised gift will look.
- Upload a clear and high-resolution image.
- Make sure the face or main subject is clearly visible.
- Use photos with good lighting and natural colours.
- Avoid blurry, dark, pixelated, heavily edited, or screenshot images.
- Avoid photos where the face is cut, hidden, too far away, or covered.
- For couple/family products, make sure all people are clearly visible.
Clear, bright & print-friendly
Use a photo where the subject is sharp, well-lit, and not cropped. This gives a cleaner and more premium final output.
Blurry, dark or low-quality
Low-resolution screenshots, dark photos, or blurry images may not print well. In such cases, we may request a better image.
Important: If the uploaded image is not suitable, Zawadi will contact you through WhatsApp or email and request a new image before creating the final design.
Text & Message Guidelines
If you add a name, quote, date, or message, please type it carefully. We will use the text you provide for the design preview.
- Check spelling before submitting your order.
- Use short and meaningful text for small products like mugs, keychains, and magnets.
- For names and dates, enter them exactly as you want them printed.
- Avoid very long messages unless the product has enough space.
- Once you approve the preview, changes may not be possible if production has started.

Design Preview & Approval
For personalised products, we may share a sample preview of the deliverable product before production. This preview helps you understand how your photo and text will appear on the final gift.
- Please check the photo placement carefully.
- Please check names, messages, dates, and spelling.
- Reply with approval only after checking all details.
- After approval, we will proceed with production.
- Minor colour or placement differences may happen due to screen brightness, print material, and product shape.
WhatsApp Confirmation
Please provide your correct WhatsApp number on the product page. This helps us contact you quickly if we need a clearer image, spelling confirmation, or design approval.
Please note: Delay in image confirmation or preview approval may delay the production and delivery of your personalised order.
